    Kids are still playing basketball at the park, so the city had to physically take down the hoop, rim and all. desperate times call for desperate measures I guess

      Out of all the things I’ve witnessed through this ordeal, the packed basketball courts have pissed me off the most. Haven’t seen it in the last few days but a week ago, two days in a row, saw approx 15 to 20 kids and young adults packed on one half court. Also saw it on campus at UNL a week ago Saturday. This may not be PC but I’m sort of glad it’s started affecting more younger people. They sure didn’t seem too concerned about spreading it to older folks.

      I went to do some baseball drills with my son at a nearby park last Sunday, and I saw a group of kids and a few parents obviously having an informal baseball practice.  I wish I would have stopped and said something to them, but I am a wimp, so I didn't say anything to them.  If I had been on the internet at the time, I would have laid into them though!
