Hmmm.....I guess I would have thought he would basically already be here to enroll and start classes.
He’s throwing the bones! Proof that he is switching positions to LB! What is he at that position, a 4 star? It’s Baker S. all over again…..,….

He doesn't need a waiver he is a graduate transfer so he doesn't have to sit a year.
He would need a waiver for another year of eligibility. He has played 5 years

I don't know why anyone would want to buy a #15 jersey when he will likely end up with a single digit number.
Ehhhh, it isn’t guaranteed he earns a single digit number this season. There are an awful lot of elder players who have a ton of respect in that locker room.

I hope Dylan is so successful here that Dayton wants to come too.
Well Dayton saying “GO BIG RED!” In that WB training video is a good sign.

My source said it sounds like Georgia is running out if money.
My source is a guy at work.
His source is a guy who pays for all the premium recruiting service sites (dork).

Heck, he could tear up a knee in fall camp and not even play this year. Maybe he tears up the other knee the next year.
Getting Kaelin was very important too for that reason. He has a chance to be very good too.
We need multiple guys like this at this position so not everything is hanging on one guy to not get injured or not pan out like his recruiting rankings.

Yep, you are correct there. It's just annoying to me that the media is always onto the next thing when the football team has consistently proven that it's largely incapable of success. It's definitely a 'me' problem for sure.
This is the Husker fan PTSD at its finest. We just can’t accept that we can have nice things. Heck my brother was texting me this morning that Dylan was just using this NU commitment to drive up the NIL offer from UGA and that he would sign with them tomorrow. I feel like everyone needs to schedule a therapy session with Stuart Smalley…..

Here is Colemans response.
I will say this, Dylan doesn’t lack in confidence. It may seem scary to some, but I like that he is full of swag and drive.

Neither! Tommie Frazier is the only one worthy of #15 as the sole reason Nebraska won 3 national titles in the 90s, and the sole reason Adidas still exists as a company today. He was also a pioneer in S&C (never injured a hamstring despite super fast running) and probably NIL considering the amount of food he has appeared to pack away in the years since.

i assume Riola will get 1 of the single numbers as a team leader.
If he does, kudos to him. The team votes on the single digits so he would need to establish himself as a respected overall team leader as a true freshman. If he doesn’t get a single digit, it won’t mean he won’t be successful, just means he is pretty young and there are several older players who everyone looks up to including Dylan.

And then our OL coach gets a raise. And then the talk just kind of hangs in the air without any word as to a flip or even a decommit. And now we are getting closer to the signing day and still nothing on a flip or even a decommit. If Georgia gets their QB, I am enough of a jaded fan to believe that the whole thing was contrived for a little extra lettuce.
Just sayin'
JFC, will this please stop? The bolded was not done for, nor was it related to, the recruitment of Dylan. Donovan was the only assistant whose contract is set to expire after this past season since he was retained on his original contract that had 1 year left. Donovan is clearly doing a good job and Rhule likes him a lot and wanted to keep him, thus an extension and a raise to recognize the good job he has done this year.
—edit—
It has also been reported that Donovan’s extension was done a few weeks ago, before Dylan came back into the picture.

How many since 1990?
You do understand that no one can go to the NFL as a true Sophomore right? The only way that is possible is if the player doesn’t commit to a college right after HS and sits that 1st post HS year out and then enrolls at a college the following year. NFL rules dictate you have to be 3 years out of HS.

That would be my worry Sunday. Arkansas was probably the fastest team we saw this year, but they didn't have the size or experience to hang. Texas is athletic, tall, and experienced. We definitely have the defense, multiple options on the attack, and coaching to take the title. Going to be a battle on Sunday afternoon, should be a lot of fun.
I think we match up better with Tex-a$$ better than Wisky did because of our serve receive game is much better than Wisky’s. It will be a battle, but I don’t see Tex-a$$ going on 10 point serving runs like they did against Wisky.
