Husker vision managed to play "I've Got the Magic" before every home game in honor of Taylor Martinez. I think Young Chris's song "Racks"would be perfect for Burkhead. If you listen to it, the lyrics appear to be resur- resurrect REX! which is basically repeated throughout. Do you like the idea of playing player inspired songs to get everyone jacked before the game? have any ideas of your own? I think it would be awesome to hear Racks after every Rex 1st Down or TD.

I have to bring up something no one has mentioned yet- Burkhead looked like a FB against Chatanooga, like he had gotten big and lost a step from last year. Hope that is not the case. Our other backs looked fine (Abdullah), but I hope that Martinez* leads our rushing stats. He looked insanely fast last week, yet vulnerable. He took some hard hits against Chatanooga, and was left in too long. Maybe compliment his big play action with Turner, some Cotton receptions, clutch plays from Reza-Reza-Rex and Kinnie not converting into Niles "drop the ball" Paul, and we will do great.

Ya, he is on the track team, and one heck of an althlete. He is at least 6'4" with a huge vertical. Also a nice guy and can speak English well. Could play on the basketball team if he wanted to.
