OSU fan here and the story is upsetting based on the info published so far.  Assuming UM knew the extent of the situation, how can he be so stupid to not to report it to the proper people at OSU and protect a position coach.  I am not coming to conclusion until I know all the information.  Specifically,

At first I was "How could Michigan know about ..... oh, Urban Meyer"

I don't remember whose wife she is, but yeah maybe.  Lyndsey is the one in the texts saying that Urban didn't know what to believe, I have never seen an actual text from Shelley actually typing a message stating that Urban didn't know what to believe.

Poor Cyclones about to get poached.

Four notable ISU poached coaches: Johnny Majors to Pitt and Tennessee, Chizik who got the MNC at Auburn (not really poached, more like swapped), someone named Pop Warner, and, wait for it, Earle Bruce, who went to Ohio State, who is related to ...

The trickle down affect would be crazy if they did.

Ohio State is a big time job and so whoever takes it over will either: A) Leave a current team right before the season starts or B)be an unemployed big name coach who will poach position coaches from other schools.

    Now at the App store

    The Buckeye HC App

Who needs a coaching staff when you, the fans, obviously know more about football than those coaches with multi-million dollar salaries!  Here is your chance for the 2018 season to call the plays!  Offense, defense, special teams.  The second string QB is obviously better than the starter, we all know that.  Base defense, schmase defense - ITS BLITZ TIME BABY!  Who cares about time management when you can throw a Hail Mary on the very first play?

The highest vote count play gets relayed to an able body of student managers to signal to the team.  Don't worry about those bothersome Russians hacking into the system when they (along with the opponents fans) have free access to the app for $1.99.

I didn't say Urban was off the hook. I said that she should have reported it, which the schools hasn't said if she did or not. Once Urban knew, he should have reported it.

Maybe I should ask the Title IX lawyers about this during my next training session.

As a mandated reporter under Title IX / McClury(sp) Act at the local community college (man I can't wait for the 4 hour computer training video) the emphasis has always been on the students and location.  I don't ever remember any situation that wasn't student/student, student/faculty or student/stranger.  And it had to occur on or around campus or school sponsored event location - like a Greek formal always held at a local hotel.

This and the entire Title IX staff being fired "Now that I think of it, I did report it to the Title IX office.  They were a bunch of incompetents and must have lost the paper work.  They are all fired, remember" maybe he does get his job back?

Jaws - I feel for you while you are at the training session

Doesn't look good to me at all. DC has really fallen short in putting their universe on the screen compared to Marvel. I grew up knowing only DC characters, reading Superman and Batman comics and watching Superfriends on Saturday morning. Aquaman always seemed like a lame character. They can't make a decent Superman or Green Lantern movie, how is Aquaman supposed to be a convincing hero?

Just turned 26 and people around me are starting to get married left and right. I'm single but I'm curious- how did everyone meet their wife?

Not trying to be PC, but shouldn't this be meet your spouse? - Trying to help you before the women folk gets to you.

We were seniors and met for the first time in HS chemistry class.  She was a total mess - tried to light a bunsen burner with a pair of tongs (thought it was a spark lighter)  I tried to help her out as best as I could.   It was part of my assignment to help the students - because I was a senior at Nebraska and I was her student teacher.

We didn't see each other for two years after she graduated but ran into each other at a mall then started seeing each other

That's the story we were told. Makes a lot of sense when you look at how much the university has already done. Moving the practices to the morning will end up a footnote in all of this, but that's like moving mountains for a major university. These are really large bureacracies and getting something of this magnitude done this swiftly takes a ton of people. That's just one example, one in which we probably dismiss as being much easier than it was. If Frost couldn't get the administration to work with him on these things he felt were needed to do this proper, why bother coming.

Professor "What? I have to teach in the afternoon? When am I going to take my nap, er, do research?"

    Admin: "You can sleep in"

Professor "I'm OK with it now"

    And yes I'm joking
