    Is Row C too low to actually see the game.. Section 5? I was asked if I wanted to buy them but can you see?

      The letter rows are obstructed views. You'll be low enough that the team on the sideline will obscure the field. That's why we have rows A, B, C & D (and maybe E), and then we start with numbers for the rest of the rows.
