Does that apply to portal guys?

We all hope, right?

I do like a lot of the 2024 offers they’ve been throwing out.

Could mean younger guys are gone, couldn’t it?

Aren’t teams allowed to over sign as long as it’s down to 85 by fall?

With the number of visits we are seeing the staff has to know more people are leaving.

we had krautburgers a lot for lunch , but I went to a farm school in western Nebraska 

For some reason I thought people were pouring chili on cinnamon rolls. That sounds f#&%ing stupid

Do you think they went to withdraw from the portal and the staff told them there was no scholly for them?

There was a play in this game where Wilson got sacked that both Broncos tackles missed their guys in a way that reminded me of the huskers.

So they are addressing it. They are recruiting and hitting the portal. Did I miss signing day? Is there another way?

 Didn't they do in homes with all of the current Oline commits? And also w Noonan ( I think OLB will be near the line of scrimmage sometimes, yes?) And they offered the DL from Western Michigan, and the OL from Rhode Island? 

What are they not doing that you think they should be?

If it is spots you are worried about, well I think we are going to be losing some players to this thing called the transfer portal. I mean, when it is all over, and we have a stud that gets left out in the cold bc/ we are out of schollies, be sure to come back and remind me. 

I think we need to remember two things here.

1. This is a new staff. The first recruiting class after a coaching change is not gonna be great. They need to fill spots the best they can and use the relationships they have.

2. Rhule has talked more than once about the track record of development.

This has crossed my mind but I can’t see how they could make it work. It just doesn’t.

Fair questions but I feel better about this than having a staff w a first time recruiting coordinator.

Since a lot of these guys are ‘Rhule’ guys they probably know each other.

Looks like Barthel, Cooper, & White. Not as many as I thought but it does imply they understand the importance of recruiting.

I might be wrong but it seems like most of the new staff have had the title of recruiting coordinator at previous jobs. Is that accurate?
