advice: my best player who is a senior and has been playing since frosh year says she might quit cuz she don't have 'passion' anymore. she is my BEST player. how can i be selfish and convince her to stay.. funk I'm so stressed!

  Just from personal experience I only won my first and last varsity football games (so 2 games in 2 years) and had a friend get severely injured during a game junior year, almost died. I pretty much lost all passion for playing but I didn't quit, and I'm glad I didn't. Despite all the sh#t it was worth it to be with my friends, and I miss it and wish I still could go back.
