    I should have been a weather man. Another day off school, based on the forecast of 6-8 inches starting at 8am.... we haven't had even "flurries" yet. Hope it doesn't snow, but a wasted day off of school that will suck in May.

      As a gradimatated meteorologist I say that I wouldn't wish being a weather man on anyone. It's fun but the hell I went through in school and the negative stigma combined relentless harassment weren't career worthy for me in the end. It's way more fun as a hobby.

      The only part that I think would be fun is the "storms". I would like to be a storm spotter. You shouldn't had to go through that crap in school though. I am just saying that the local "weatherman" cost me a day of school... tongue in cheeck.

      Gotcha. You should definitely become a storm spotter though. Can never have enough trained spotters. All storms (snow included) can be a lot of fun "chasing". Chasing snow is a bit more for the associated chaos and winter sports.
