    Mike Riley is easily the most experienced HC we have had since TO. Do with that what you will.

      Actually since Devaney. He was the last coach we hired who had at least some HC experience before he became our HC. Cally had 1 year with Raiders, Devaney was Wyoming HC for 4-5 years. TO, Solich, and Bo had no HC experience.

      You are right. I just meant since T.O. left. Obviously he shed his rookie status by year 25. But I get what you are saying.
