I’m just glad he made the cut. Cashed that big free bet for 11 smackers   I do like watching him play though. Went to the International in Castle Rock back in 1998 and 95% of the people were following Tiger.  It was bonkers.

Unfortunately Spieth cost me a couple bets by not making the cut. Can’t finish top 20 or win that way.  That +2200 flyer is off the board now. Still have Scheffler, Mcllroy, Rahm, Schauffele and Koepka alive.

I took Tiger under 74 so that hit but I lost a few others!

Agree….since the debt is some mythical figure to most everyone now a days, let’s go back and give refunds to those who either paid back on time or if they didn’t go to school, give money towards their car debt, home debt or CC debt.   For the struggling and even stable citizens.

    Exactly!

If there is some made up # or amount of time that is forgiven...

    Why not forgive more!

Yep, and men who ejaculate anywhere other than inside a vagina should be arrested for abortion.

See, this is why I am LITERALLY PRO-ABORTION.

Because I like to spray all over.

This is why PRO-LIFERS should be charged, is what you meant to say, I think.

  4. I am 100% for this IF they also reimburse everyone that took out student loans and paid them back.

OR if they offer a credit card forgiveness loan for any Americans that have over 10K in CC debt and make less than like 60K a year.

Just to make it clear before some dorks freak out.  I have 0 CC debt, I make more than 60K a year (when I strip on my OF page)  and I never took out a student loan.

I have no dog in the fight at all.  But if you are going to help some, might as well more even more.

I would hope that a Trump defeat in November would allow these idiots to take of the chains.  But sadly I think Trump will be so bitter that he will hold his base as hostages and basically govern the GOP by telling his followers who to vote for...

I was thinking about this as well.  I hope the defeat is just the end of trump and not him being like "Well, we are getting ready to run again in 28"

I don't think the fact Tiger had to finish his round this afternoon and then almost right away start his round for today is going to play well for him.  It's going to be hard playing extra holes.

    Thought the same exact thing!

Now, I also thought he would have a bad first round but he played well.

Tiger finished at +2 (9 strokes back if memory serves). I still believe he has a top 10 finish. I look for him to rebound today and get back to scratch golf or better. Hoping he shoots -3 today.

I would love that, I love watching him play!

You ever seen the “Office” episode when Holly confuses Kevin for special needs?

The speaker was probably buying @teachercd candy bars and other treats to tell him he was doing great and admin realized he was using it as an excuse to get hugs from the lady…

    Hahaha!  I wish!

And really the year one offense was for Jeff Simms.

That is a good point.  Once he was hurt/out they totally changed it, or so it seemed, to fit HH.

DR is not HH, as in, DR can throw and read defenses but he is not going to run.

No kidding!  I already forgot what the old one was called that was making teachers make white kids hate themselves.  We don’t hear much about it anymore.  Biden must have stopped it!

edit:  critical race theory!  It took me a minute.  What ever happened with all that?

We had a guest DEI person for I think 4 days of development.  Well after the 3rd session the person was asked to not come back.  They used a very "wrong wrong" Hahaha

That is more believable than OJ's defense!  Hahaha

  12. GL!

I was busy "working" and did not get to post it in time but I snagged some right after the bell (school and market)

Some dong put a short report on them and scapled a massive gain on puts.  But the company issues a press release refuting it!

It might go up 60% tomorrow.

Or go bankrupt because I suck.

    Well a funny thing happened.

In the immediate wake of October 7, the college students of the activist Left began protesting Israel's prosecution of Hamas in Gaza, warning that it would be indiscriminate and devastating to the Palestinian people, and advance Netanyahu's longstanding intention of simply seizing Gaza. They made some pretty outrageous claims about the IDF lying, threw the word genocide around, questioned why American taxpayers were funding it, and went directly at Biden. At the time, roughly 98% of the media and politicians were sticking extremely close to unconditional support for Israel, and the college kids were roundly mocked.

Six months later, coverage has leaned heavily towards concern for Palestinians, criticism of Netanyahu has grown louder (in Israel as well), IDF propaganda was exposed, there's been a nearly universal call for a cease-fire, and both Democrats and Republicans are now open to reviewing our military support of Israel on a contingency basis. That's the very definition of change. Maybe the kids were right. Or at least half right. Somebody has to pull the discussion to the center, where truth often resides.

If you want to talk about lazy ill-informed folk who only lift a finger to b!^@h on social media, I'd value your input.

    Well thank you :)

    As do I value yours!

Who the f#&% is liking Teach's incoherent posts?

I actually go back and "like" my own, sometimes I also "fire" them, sort of depends on how I am feeling at the moment.

Honestly, I am with you, I am always shocked when someone likes a post of mine.

Depends on how you define peace. There have been moments of relative levels of peace for varyingly short windows of time in the past and there can be more of those in the future.

I mean, not fighting to just build up and strategize so that you can fight again COULD be peace but I think for the most part it is just a timeout.

But, I get what you saying.  But I know a "guy" said that no one thinks there can ever be peace there.

I guess maybe there are some people that think there can be!

According to my math, you spend much of the school day posting here.

At the very least I hope you share with the students the schooling you get on this board.

Of course!  This is like a Masters class on politics and foreign relations.

Are you OK? You seem kind of manic lately. Lots of posts without any substance, and like this one, not responding to the topic at hand.

Genuinely asking if you're all right.

    Totally fine!
