More UNIFORM ?s is it sipple?

Taylor taught the blitz's in team meetings, players taught eachother different aspects to prepare for and recognize. team meetings are open discussions, team grown comfortable witht them and speaking out during the meetings.

Wide outs are going to be awesome, ready to attach the ball and make all the catched. Working on footwork easier in the offseason than during midseason. Foorwork is important for routes and timing with wide outs. can do better: throw better, get team in better plays, check out more efficiently. Expects big things from the lineman.

Working on game, footwork and reading D this spring. Adjusting to Big 1 Ds was hard in the first year. THis year should be better. Though his Game manegment improved last season. In this O, the qb has a lot on his plate.... The O is getting what the offense needs to do and how to opperate it. Hope the O to be 50/50 run pass, but doesnt matter to him. This is an attaching offense...theres the name guys hahaha.

Jamaal and other receivers push him and motivates him. Understands the O and how to read Ds. Seniors ready for last chance to win a championship, will do anything to prepare for fall. Ugh...More Uniform ?s...same answer as Cam.

I don't think I've ever seen him without his helmet. Had no idea who that was until they said his name. He is a little guy

Open meetings have been helpful for both players and coaches. Bo's Mission/goals/process are all being understood. Never have problems with guys going to volunteer workouts and meetings. Consistancy on O is needed. Limit TOs. Excited for passing game to be more effective. Reacting to TOs needs to change, dont let the "snowball effect" happen as it did during Wiscy and Mich.

Tim Marlowe...

Makes speaking up/voicing opinion to coaches and players easier. Especially for the more timid guys on the team. 3rd down D, team needs to be more aware, make them longer distances that are more manageable. Forcing more TOs and getting off the field on 3rd down. Attitude of players was "different" last year. Likes our traditional uniforms. Not the type of program to change tradition. Doesnt think it is much of an advantage in recruiting.

Sense of leadership, accountability and commitment to team was made clear after bowl game. Team is becoming more aware of actions as it affects the team. Helping out the injured guys along the Dline in the meeting room is important throughout the spring as they cant practice. Bo runs an open voluntary(whole team makes it) meeting on Wednesdays for guys to clear the air, talk about anything in life.

Senior class is very close. Goal is to win the Big ten, and team to reach its potential.

Spent extra time in meeting room in offseason and teaching the younger guys. More guys stepping up as leaders this offseason. Kyler Reed, Long and himself will provide good leadership for younger TEs in the program. More fluid learning the offense as opposed to learning on the fly as they did last year, after having a year in the system. Taylor good job being vocal and knowing the O, sticking to his reads. Brion and Ron stepping up.

Ben Cotton up now

Frustrated with what was put on film when they know they are better than what was seen on field. Ready to hit the ground running after the offseason of teaching the basics before spring ball to focus more on individual responsibilities of the defense. Has learned a lot leading up to his senior year as far as what it takes to be a leader, going through the practices, and offseasons helping him and others prepare better. Zo Whaley as a come a long way from last season and can be a leader on the D.

Will : talks about being a senior and a leader, helping the younger guys gain knowledge of the defense heading into spring practice. Coach Els is very knowledgeable and great to play for. Says two deep wasnt strong last season due to guys not getting the mental part of the game.
