youd be surprised. Nebraska does devote alot of money to finding weed and other drugs being drivin across the state for distribution. They have had record busts over the past few years. I cant find he chart but I was shown one that had NE as number 9 on total amount of weed busted one year

pretty impressive since ne is the 38th most populated state. When you focus on defeating a certain crime, you can rack up a big number. Also add in the fact that MO has 2 cities that each by themselves have more people than the entire state of nebraska and you get the idea.
