Has anyone heard any rumors or have any knowledge as to why this guy does not see the field anymore? I have my own thoughts. My thoughts being that he is still in a big way being considered at the QB position. Could they be pulling him off his WR duties to focus more of his attention on learning the QB position. Maybe not wanting to waste any more precious time or risk a possible injury?

No CCG, but still, if we can pull atleast one more win out of this season, it will still be reasonably good year. We will get a decent bowl at least. All is not lost. There really is just no explanation I can find for why this defense is so lost this year. The offense will get better. Much much better by next year. This season can still be a good one. I am really looking forward to seeing some younger guys get more time towards the end of this year. We need to build some guys up and build for the future.

That's not trolling. I thought he played great. I knew the topic would get attention because there are many Martinez haters out there who would get riled up over a thread praising the kid. If you've been a Husker fan lately you would know how much negative attention Taylor has been getting.

Defense lost this game, I agree though, the offense could have used some fresh legs at times. Especially Rex. The guy is a trooper but I can't figure out why Abdullah, Green and Heard aren't getting in the rotation. And where the hell has Jamal Turner gone? It's baffling the hell out of me what we are trying to accomplish by not using some of these weapons. Oh and by the way, Taylor Martinez should win the Heisman.

Nebraska is very fortunate to be where they were going into this game. Washington could have beat us. Fresno State could have beat us. Wisconsin, well you all know how that went. Ohio St had our ass kicked to the curb til' their QB got hurt, We had one good quarter against Minnesota...yes I said one good quarter. The only team we beat soundly was Michigan St. and not even the best analysts in the world can tell you what the hell happened to Michigan State in that game.....I mean, they just plain didn't show up......... So yep, Northwestern came in here and exposed us. It probably won't be the last time guys. Get used to this kind of thing. It's going to continue to happen. Wow this could really work out for us. What the hell is going on with the Big Ten. Wisconsin falling flat? Michigan St losing to Minnesota? Iowa loses to Minnesota and now beating Michigan? This league is crazy.
