You could say that the drop off is directly correlated to the drop off in talent. There were plenty of times this year and last where players were in position to make a play but didn't. I think scheme changes might mitigate some of that, but in the end I think the solution is better recruiting. Easier said than done, but that is one of the first stops on the way to becoming nationally recognized again.

Thanks for the clarification on the setups. I have never followed any of that stuff. Always seemed like an over engineered load of malarkey to me. At any rate, I will watch the game, but at least it is on New Year's day...if things go to sh#t early I can always flip over to another game.

I was thinking that it would seem logical that Georgia would get a nod for one of the other BCS bowl games....given their record, who they've played etc. Granted, I don't know the system and the linkages to conferences etc., but it would seem logical that GA would get a better bowl.

Yeah, it kind of highlights the truth that we see on the field...and Bo knows it too....better athletes = speed AND size (SEC players) make those plays and he doesn't have them here.
