If you like this, you should head over to the P&R forum.
if its even 1/10th of this, no thanks. i can't handle virtue signaling by the supposed self-righteous. especially when only part of the story is known. its deplorable.

Some of the virtue signaling here is way out of control. I know you all were angels when you were 15.

Not true. Your phone, your responsibility.
If it were that easy, nobody would be charged with anything.
how do you know this are you a lawyer?

I hope he has already contacted a lawyer. I would think, if charges are filed, they would have to prove that he actually hit the button and sent the text.
Seems like an ahole move but I would have no problem with suspending him for a few games and making it a learning experience.

good coaching and player development are higher priorities in my opinion. once you maximize those then you can start to worry about if your talent is good enough. wisconsin is a good example. they get a ton out of their kids, have a good system in place as far as offensive and defensive coaching/strategy, but they are always a little limited talent-wise. if i was them i would really be trying to figure out how to up the talent level in certain areas to take it to the next level.

The problem is that conference commissioners are trying to get a formula when there should be one set in place for all...
-All conferences play the same amount of conference games
-No FBS teams can schedule FCS opponents
-There can be no 'independent' football teams - have to be in a conference
3 simple changes that would make a mile of difference
Furthermore, make it possible for a non-P5 team to get into the playoff or let them have their own playoff
There is a much easier solution. Add a week and make the playoffs 6 or 8 teams. Its basically the BCS in a playoff format.

I think falsely accusing people of not waving is lame, not the wave itself which is act of kindness and support towards sick kids.
the thing for the kids is nice.
the wave thing where you put your hands over your head is super lame.

I think everybody hating on wandale for verbally committing to his hometown school is a tool. Everybody has opinions, but only a few opinions actually matter.
cool story. i think you're a tool for telling someone not to share their opinion on a message board.

Wah wah cry me a river. You don't know this kid. Frost must think he is of good character or he would not be recruiting him. This is the reason you should keep your opinion to yourself. It isn't valid whatsoever, you are just butthurt.
dont be a tool. its a message board. sounds like you are the one throwing a fit little guy

Its funny though because that was alot of fans opinion when he signed to Kentucky, yet the staff continues to pursue him...maybe there is a reason why?

I'll add to this.
We need to minimize or eliminate OSU scoring while not even IN the red zone. Meaning, we can't give up 40....50....60...yard scoring plays.
absolutely. they are going to complete plenty of passes. have to make tackles in space and make them work for it.
-
Their offense is going to put up a bunch of yards just concede that. The key will be getting red zones stops occasionally. Purdue did a very good job of that. Obviously the husker offense will have to put up points and not turn the ball over.
I think the 11am start usually benefits the underdog so I'm hoping OSU comes out a little slow.

bo pelini effect i say. refs are human. they view nebraska very poorly after years of abuse from crazy bo.
