I don't know if I would use the word "way". More like a leg up, becuase of Todd. Dennis Erickson is not helping the leg up one bit with ASU playing very well right now. Honestly the way ASU is playing now puts them very much in the picture. This MAY be heading to a two horse race. The best thing for NU right now is to keep winning. Winning will continue to breed success on the recruiting front. just sayin what the 'insiders' were reporting. A couple were saying that we are the clear front runner.

HI has been really poor quality since the switch.. they often jump the gun on recruiting "news" and do stuff like this to sell subs.. although, if they're still honoring subscriptions from other husker sites, you can get a free year membership... just pretend you had an account somewhere that renewed this month, and there's no way they can track your info on another site

The staff like Thurston asa guard. And he is all for it too. He's athletic enough to be a nice guard in our new system. I don't think it'd make much sense for him to play OT for us here with his current measurables. Little bit off topic, but I was told that Sirles has moved to RT and Yoshi is playing LT with Tyler Moore right behind him battling for time at LT. It appears we have our LT for 3 years after this one. this is accurate. As long as you weren't penciling Sirles to start at RT...

I like the pickup, and am not too terribly worried about him decommitting.

i don't even know if that was true, but someone said something about UCLA, and it's close to home so... Either way, we have a great shot, and he will be visiting.
