You felt this much of a buzz about Nebraska football? God it sucked missing a bowl in the biggest tease of a way.. but there’s something brewing, I can feel it. 
 

I know nothing is official yet but I’ll relish in it for what it is. It’s been a dry 12 or so years (more really).. feels good to get some water.

 this is hilarious.. and such a nebraska fan response. IF he comes, now it's that he didn't decide sooner. We can't be happy. 

WTactualF.. this is the most stunned I’ve been hopping onto huskerboard since we hired MR. This, for a much better reason. Damn.. there would be no better way to win the offseason than to make this flip.

Maybe he’s not a whiner with victim mentality, like you. Maybe he sees that we’re only a few pieces away from a much better record.

It was floating around HB.. which I take it with a grain of salt.. but I also heard it from a connection in Lincoln. Could absolutely be false but made me suspicious hearing it from multiple places. Hopefully, it was BS or there was context missing. Like, he just had a phone conversation with an agent or something like that..

I was pretty moderate on Rhule when he was hired and coming into the season. After the hot streak I definitely warmed to him. Then the no win November, followed by rumors that he interviewed for the A&M gig…I’m very much back to moderate.

This is dumb. However, I did hear that he interviewed!? Any one else hear that? Because if so, that changes my opinion of Rhule. 

When was the last time Nebraska beat a ranked opponent? Oregon 2016 maybe? 

This is the game that changes. Mark it. We have everything to play for, they have (figuratively) nothing to play for..
