Make it two playoff wins for Zac Taylor's boys!

I like Zac but we all know they are Burrow’s boys. Who Dey! This almost makes all those years of watching bad football teams worth it.

  2. What a wild ride. A&M implosion, picking OSU when they had 2 first rounders (Haskins and Burrow) sitting behind JT Barrett, subtweeting Justin Fields (another 1st round pick) when Fields transferred to OSU, switching schools many times, and then retiring. Crazy to think that most coaches that recruited him are no longer head coaches (Urban, Sumlin, and Diaz).

  3. If only we could decouple football from the other sports, shrink D1, have smaller conferences (10 or 11 team) that are regional based, and expand the playoffs. It would also be nice if we could stop acting like these are non-profits running football teams and cap certain resources.

  4. Both defenses were horrible in the Rose Bowl. However, JSN is the real deal and you can see why Williams left to go to Bama. Hard to get much playing time when you have that many great WRs on the team. CJ Stroud really progressed this season. He went from overthrowing guys to dropping dimes all over the field.

We'll soon find out - pills are coming this week (FDA currently reviewing).  If the rates of safe americans go up because of them I'll be very happy, but I can't wait to have discussions with those Snowflakes that are scared of an itty, bitty, pointy, ouchie stick.

I used to hate needles, but after you get poked what seems like a 50x over a couple months period, you tend to stop caring. And no, I am not a drug addict. A covid vaccine shot is about a 0 on a scale of 1-10 when it comes to pain.

That tweet leaves out a little bit of information.

"The individual was at higher risk of severe complications from Covid-19 due to his unvaccinated status and had underlying health conditions," the release said.

Saying that, get vaccinated and get boosted when you are recommended to get it.

I don’t understand why people are trying to be so dead set against a vaccine either.

I wonder how many people are scared of needles and hide behind their politics.

I also wonder how many more people would take the vaccine if it was in a pill form.

My brother-in-law basically passes out if he is in a hospital or doctors office for any period of time. He won't admit it but it seems as if he is afraid of needles as well.

I just read that the last time tOSU lost to Michigan in football (which was 2011) they also beat Duke in basketball just after, and then ended up final 4 that year.

Further, OSU basketball now has the lead for most victories over the AP #1 ranked team at 8, Maryland is 2nd at 7.

May we have another 10 years before Michigan beats OSU in football.

He seems to be the opposite of Coach O

    that always works out well

Why would Freeman go to LSU to be a DC when he may become the next HC at ND or somewhere else?

I would laugh at ND but I don't think any team is safe from their coach leaving at a drop of a hat. Sometimes it isn't even for a better job.

Long before this was even a thing, Urban Meyer told Burrow, to his face, 'You're a division 3 quarterback, at best.'

I would say that's a much bigger story than the whole Frost thing, and I don't know why Urban gets a pass.

I'll take "out of context and never said for $500".  I also don't think Burrow has said anything bad about OSU after the transfer. He sounded very grateful to OSU in his Heisman speech.

I don't care about Urban but to say Ohio State was wrong and suffered because they picked Haskins over Burrow shows little context of what really happened.

As I stated in another thread, Burrow broke his hand in 2017 and Haskins came into the Michigan game and won it for the Buckeyes. If Haskins doesn't go into that game and perform the way he did, Burrow probably would have been the starter the next year. Haskins ended up throwing for 4,831 yards (70%) and 50 touchdowns (8 ints) and went 13-1 in 2018. They ended up landing Fields after Haskins. Maybe OSU wins the NC with Burrow at QB but we will never know.

So Texas' special teams coordinator apparently....

Left his wife and four children when at Alabama to hook up with a pole dancing stripper who's name is Pole Assassin (or, per her insta, Pole-a$$-a$$-In).

The stripper followed him to Austin, wife left behind.

The stripper also has a monkey, a claimed emotional support monkey, but also one that she uses in her routines.

Said monkey apparently bit a kid on Halloween.

On second thought, maybe we don't need a special teams coordinator...

I thought they fired Tom Herman.

When ND scheduled a but game with U Cincinnati I doubt they dreamed itt could be an undefeated top 10 matchup, in which the Bearcats are a 2 or favorite in South Bend.

I wonder if there are more Cincy or Notre Dame fans in Cincinnati. That is a catholic school hotbed for football.

I'd especially like to see the immunity data for different variants of covid. For example, someone who had variant alpha might not have much immunity to variant delta. The vaccines are much more effective against the variants that are not delta, so I'd pretty surprised if immunity to delta was acquired to someone who had non-delta. With the vaccines, we at least can track the data, but with natural immunity it's a crap shoot.

Wouldn't both be a crap shoot at some point? I mean, if vaccine efficacy wans over time and not everyone has a strong immune response to the vaccine, will we ever really know without testing for antibodies or some other testing? Either way, immunizations and infections are the only way out of this. At some point in time it will be endemic.

This is not a "both sides" issue.

COVID or overall? I agree that COVID isn't a both sides issue but overall both democrats and republicans are not acting in good faith. The media is also not acting in good faith and they are constantly creating content to drive profit.

What's happening is an intentional campaign to discredit the foundations of society, like doctors, elected officials, the press, etc. The goal is to sow distrust of these institutions and replace them with fascist dogma.

The GOP has been at this for years. We're in the latter stages of the campaign. The only way to combat it is to eliminate fascists from positions of power.

I think elected officials (both sides) and some of the press have been doing this on their own. They could all be more truthful.
