  1. Good.....nice pickup! Keep em' rolling fellas!
  2. Ahhh you beat me to it by 2 minutes!!! DAMN! I'm thinking it's Ian Harris -- just a guess though
  3. Per HuskersIllustrated.com Looks like its a tight end from Texas.....awaiting word on exactly who that guys is
  4. Any updates on Keck?? His recruiting process has been one of the quietest in the country IMHO
  5. The focus on the state of Texas looks like it's starting to work out. Nice!
  6. R. Picou is a big, big loss mainly for depth concerns at the guard spot. That's though...
  7. True, it's not exactly the greatest motivational tool but the thought of having to wear that god awful purple and cheer for your lazy eyed step brother to the south would make even the one's with the strongest of stomach's puke. And yes it is sad to throw my allegiance and love to the Big Red in the fire, but it's June, it's a thursday and I'm working some late overtime.....what the hell else should I do
  8. as of 2:08 pm, still 10 If were not in the top 5 by at least 6:00 tonight, I'm officially done with the Big Red and becoming a Purple Pu$$y fan!!!!! Don't make me do it!!!
  9. Jared Crick per Huskersillustrated.com Nice pick up!!
  10. 5 kids from 4 women.....I didn't know this was Shawn Kemps son.... This kid sounds like he could benefit with an early commitment to a program (preferably in the midwest that starts with a N and ends with a ebraska) that will work with him with school and social issues and have a father figure of a coach to keep him in line. Do we have a coach like that? But it sounds like he might be a Jan. to Feb. verbal type guy who might make a show of his signing
  11. I was on break a few minutes ago and since I work so close to the Cathedral and I happened to see Murtha walk by. When his football career is over, that guy NEEDS to become a pro wrestler. That is one of the biggest dudes I have ever seen! I was kinda tempted to do a little turnbuckle treatment on him (maybe an eye poke or a stiff elbow to the jaw) but I did NOT want to suffer the consequences.....Holy Hackshaw Jim Duggans!!!
  12. In 2002, Mark Leflore was ranked by rivals as the #15 overall reciever as was Chris Brooks in 2005....
  13. a little birdie told me that it's most likely a SEC school. My guess and this little birdie's guess is that most likely it'll be Georgia. But that's purely speculation....
  14. Kind of a side note to these uni's, if you go to Husker Authentic by the stadium, they have this is exact same jersey for sale. I work literally a minute away from the Cathedral so I'll ask the manager what the hell these are....
  15. I'm guessing last year was the year for the "tall" reciever and this year is the year for the "small, athletic" reciever.......Hey, whatever works
  16. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/draft06/news...tory?id=2426003 one word -- WOW...
  17. I wouldn't make too much of a story of all of this but the fact that he was in Lincoln, with rumors circulating about the possibility of him transferring and the fact that he was wearing a Nebraska hat and was with what seemed to be a girlfriend makes it an odd story. The brothers seemed to be having a great time and, along with there dad, in constant communication with the coaching staff. Love to see the guy in red.....Husker red....
  18. Heres in interesting twist... I attended a post spring game event at the new Hawks center (by the way, it's unbelivable) that featured current players, 2006 signees, most if all of the 2007 recruits that were at the game and staff (a relative of mine works in the athletic department). One of the guys there was one Mr. Chad Roark. He sat with Craig and his dad and was wearing his Army All-American shirt AND a Husker hat. Not sure what to make of it. Most likely its just a brother coming to Lincoln to watch his brother play and get some free food, but it was an interesting sight to see.... Another note, I saw Jarett Lee and his dad talking to Shawn Watson and Ted Gilmore for a very long time. He might be good as N...
  19. This is the worst possible senerio for Stevie P and Marc B. if they wanted him gone (which I think they did/do). Whenever they lose, which'll probably be in 7 hours, they'll sit at 19-13 and going to the NIT. With one win, you have a 20 win team. No matter how bad there Non-Conference sked, 20 wins is 20 wins. And can you fire a coach with 20 wins when 3 years ago you fired a football coach who had 9 wins and the nightmare that came about because of that firing? My answer: yes...
  20. IMO, I think his job status has already been decided, UNLESS, he wins the whole thing. And we all know how easy it would be to beat Kansas and possibly Texas back to back. It's NCAA tourney or bust and I think soon....it'll be bust. But, nice couple of wins there
  21. Is his first name similar to Roger Craigs last name?
  22. http://nebraska.rivals.com/viewprospect.as...=2&pr_key=31614 Interesting. With all of the coaching questions surrounding the program right now, not sure why he committed. Makes you wonder...
