The prevent D is CRAP. Any coach who lays down and stops the consistent rush they are getting is out of his mind. They could not stop Carricker and Wali. On the other hand, if BC would have kept the 4-man rush and they would have scored, we all would be asking why he didn't use the prevent D. It is kind of a catch 22 and you are damned if you do and damned if you don't. At least we won yesterday.

I can't take games like that. They are damn lucky and the offense better be kissing the D and Special Teams' asses in the locker room right now. The offense needs to figure it out and quit bumbling around out there like idiots. Ross did a nice job and that is about it. I will take the W anytime!

Well, I get the luxury of watching the DAMN Ohio State game!!!!!!!

I heard today on a radio show that Larry Johnson assaulted his girlfriend at a bar. He was with another girl and his GF walked in and confronted him. He ended up pushing her to the ground and assaulted her. Maybe he can call LP and get some tips so he does not end up going down the same road at him. The comparisons are there....this isn't his first assault accusation. All of the talent in the world, but NO BRAINS!!

I also agree that ISU will be a tough game for NU. Once we start over-looking teams, it leads to NU getting beat pretty bad. I do think that we will take it to the Buffs this year. Looking what they did against CSU and then what happened to CSU the following week against the Gophers makes me feel better that NU will win to take the crown at the end of the season.

Murtha was injured, I believe he had surgery on his shoulder during the spring and is suppose to be back sometime this month. He is GOOD...being from MN, I saw him play and he was a good steal from the Gophers. I hope he gets to see the field early.

This has got to be the first time I can remember people questioning the O-Line at NU. I just don't get it...........find someone and knock their block off.
