  8. It guessed blue as my favorite color and it is my favorite. Your favorite color is BLUE! You are a very calculated person, always think before you speak, you are naturally calm, even-tempered and sensitive to the feeling of others. You take time to process and analyze your feelings, which could baffle some people, but in the end, they will know exactly how you feel, without any doubt. You love order in your life, you don’t draw a lot of attention to yourself, and there's a rule of minimum conflicts in your life. http://www.playbuzz.com/gregs/can-we-guess-your-favorite-color

  15. I suggest going there if you plan to take a vacation sometime. When you click on the link, on the left side there are places you can eat, etc. We ate at the Custom House and it was great. They had tables outside and you can eat and view the ocean etc. Our next road trip is to go see the Huskers play in Fresno. http://www.avilabeachpier.com/businesses/avila-grocery.html

  19. Chicken With Bacon & Cheese Appetizer: 4 Small Chicken Breasts, Pounded Thin Salt Or Garlic Salt & Pepper, To Taste 4 Jalapenos, Diced 4-ozs. Cream Cheese, Room Temperature 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded *** I Buy Cheddar Cheese & Shred The Cheese Using A Food Processor, Not The Pre-Shredded Cheese In The Package. I Think The Cheese Is A lot Better If You Shred It Rather Buying The Pre-Shredded Cheese. 8 Slices Bacon Lay the chicken flat, season both sides with salt and pepper, place 1/4 of the mixture of the jalapenos, cream cheese and cheddar on the chicken and roll them up. Wrap each chicken breast up in 2 slices of bacon and place them in a baking dish. Bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven until cooked, about 25-35 minutes.
  20. I have salsa and guacamole with this. Fried Tortilla Chips: Peanut Oil, For Frying 8 Fresh Corn Tortillas House Seasoning-(Recipe Follows) 1 Cup Salt 1/4 Cup Black Pepper 1/4 Cup Garlic Powder Heat 1-inch of Peanut Oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat to 350 degrees F. Arrange the tortillas in a stack and cut into 6 equal wedges like a pizza. Fry a few chips at a time, turning occasionally with a slotted spoon, until crisp and lightly browned, about 1 minute or less. House Seasoning: Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
  21. Ranch Chicken Wings: 2 lbs. Chicken Wings 3 T. Olive Oil 1 Packet Hidden Valley Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder Pinch Salt Peanut Or Canola Oil For Frying Buffalo Dipping Sauce, Recipe Below Preheat frying oil in a large Dutch Oven to 350-360 degrees. In a large plastic zipper bag, combine olive oil, Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix, garlic, and salt. Shake the bag to combine. Place chicken wings into the bag and shake vigorously to combine and coat the wings. Allow to rest in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes while the oil comes to temperature. Once temperature reaches 350-360, drop the wings in batches into the hot oil. Increase stove temperature while wings are frying. Wings should be done after 7-8 minutes. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Return temperature of oil to 350 before frying additional batches and repeat until all wings have been fried. Serve hot with Buffalo Dipping Sauce or Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing. Buffalo Dipping Sauce: Combine 1/2 cup of Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce with 2 T. melted butter and 2 T. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing. Stir to combine.
  22. Grilled Shrimp With Bacon & Cheese: 2 lbs. Large Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined & Butterflied 1-(8-oz.)-Pkg. Monterey Jack Cheese, Sliced 3 Fresh Jalapeno Peppers, Seeded & Julienned 1 lb. Bacon, Cut Into Thirds 1 Tsp. Cajun Seasoning, Or To Taste Skewers Preheat a grill for high heat. Soak skewers in water. Place a strip of jalapeno into the opening of butterflied shrimp. Wrap with a piece of the bacon, and thread onto skewers so that the shrimp is pierced once through the head, and once through the tail, and bacon is secure. You can usually fit about 6 shrimp on a skewer. Make sure there is a little space between the shrimp, this will help the bacon cook better. Season both sides of the shrimp generously with Cajun Seasoning. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place shrimp skewers on the grill, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on one side. Turn, and place slices of cheese over the shrimp. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, until bacon is browned, and cheese is melted.
