Looked up some stats from last year's opener vs. FAU and compared them to this year's opener. The stats were so similar that I had to go back and watch the game to see what took place. Here are some stats pulled from huskers.com Vs. WKU Vs. FAU I thought these were pretty interesting, and watching the NU/FAU game again made me realize how much more potential there really was in this year's game than last year's. Pelini did more than shore up the defense last year, and I have absolutely no reason to expect anything different this year. The big difference is that this year we have multiple legitimate threats on offense.

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but Aaron Green and Malcolm Brown's highschools are playing eachother tonight on ESPN at 6:00(central time). I won't be able to watch it unfortunately, but thought you guys might want to know. EDIT: changed to central time.
