Fun game to watch on TV.  I can't wait for NU to drop the "cinematic highlights" with Kent's call.

After watching these guys roll over in the 2nd half vs Minnesota I thought we were going to see another typical Nebrasketball season.  Good to see that I was completely wrong.

I'm looking forward to this.  I listened to Kent streaming.

His passion is fun.  It reminded me of Touchdown Cory Schlesingaaaa!

Yeah I'll never forget when he was HC at West Virginia and put a 70 burger on Clemson and Dabo Swinney in the 2012 Orange Bowl LOL

He won 10 games 2 or 3 times with WV and 12-2 at Houston one year.  Loves offense and leans on Air Raid with good running backs. Played small time college football in Iowa and got recruited by the great Mike Leach.

Whatever capacity they can get from Holgorsen is worth it.  15 years or so as a head coach means he knows a thing or two.  And that is going to help a lot.

The team that had Geno Smith, Tavon Austin and Bailey was fun to watch.  I don’t remember the year.  It was just crazy to watch.

None of them are going to give him what he wants. Starting job.

The likelihood of a coach telling a recruit “You’re our starter kid” is pretty low.  It’s up the player and the sales job of the program.  Of course he wants to start, but he’d have to make that assessment based on the discussion(s).

When plays in control, he is hard to stop.

It was nice to see him not force the 3 early.  He went to the short jumper and then got back to the 3 ball.

That was easily his best game this year.

Lloyd/Coleman have loads of potential. But, we need some established production. There’s your two WRs last year who really flashed anything.

We've seen the impact transfers can have immediately (Palmer & Toure).  It makes no sense to not bring in experienced/established talent at this point.

Yes but you could say that about so many football games, right? In the Michigan vs. TCU game, the turnover margin was 0 (both teams had 3 turnovers). Michigan's defense just didn't really show up to play, IMO. Giving up 488 yards on defense puts you in a position to lose just about any game you're playing in that position.

Yes, you can do ifs all day long and that is what I’m doing.  But it’s applicable to this thread.

It was more than turnovers.  I don’t even remember the specifics.  I just remember how many opportunities they flat out blew it on.  It wasn’t Nebraska bad, but it was rough.  Dugan balled out and put together an unbelievable individual effort (I don’t want to overlook that).
