OU vs Ohio State OU Okie St. vs Wisconsin Okie State Neb vs Mich St - Neb Mizzou vs Penn St. Mizzou. The Big 12 is the better football conference, and as I said previously, yes it is all relative. Last year the Big 12 was also the better conference BY FAR.
