If you all didn’t expect NU to have bad games this year, then I don’t know what to tell you. This is a mediocre program that has a long ways to go.

This team thought a 3-0 October was the entire season.  

When the program is mediocre, there are going to be bad games. This is one of them. 

Great play to not get a penalty on that hit.

Fair enough, but that risks injury and a fumble.

Haarberg isn’t “quick enough” to avoid big hits. He is a straight ahead runner.

You keep beating the drum to put the backup in. Like it or not, Rhule is going to stay loyal to HH, until NU gets a loss or two. He’s not going to bench a guy who has done enough to win 3 straight games.

Michigan State’s D weakness is defending deep passes. The issue is that NU can’t easily exploit it.

Not necessarily hurt, just beat up and sore. 

This offense is a 20 point per game offense. Just get there and see what happens.
