Football is so much about momentum and we (coaches) blew it at the end of the first half and now it's continuing into 2nd half. Very worried:(

If BTN2Go(it is currently not working) doesnt load and I cant watch this game, I am going to go Bo Pelini circa 2010 texas A&M sideline freak out on my cable provider.

BTN2Go has reported that they website is down because of some issue with their technical partners. The Nebraska is not airing on TV in my area only on BTN2Go. T-minus 1h 17m to freak out time.

Same here in AZ, btn2go is down and says they are aware of this issue. Ugh. Only have one B10 channel on COX here so we are screwed. You would think a website that solely exists to show games online would know how to show a game ONLINE...epic fail!

 

 

I have COX cable as well....NOT by choice. I had verizon fios, which has 3+ BTN channels, but recently moved to a condo develpoment where they only offer Cox cable. It has been the worst experience ever. This doesnt help. I am not sure how in the hell Cox is still in business, the company is an epic failure and Verizon is 100x better.

I'm sorry, the score says differently but Wyoming won this game. 600+ yards? Seriously? We are toast this year...Scott Frost might check out housing prices in Lincoln.

Just curious, when did offensive coordinators start sitting in the booth for calling plays instead of being on the field? When TO was coaching, did plays still come from above or from what TO was seeing/reading on the field?

haha wow. This defense is going to be terrible yet again this year.

I remember the good old days under TO where our defense held teams to 150yards total offense or at least just shut them down to 3-0's on a consistent basis...not anymore:(

I just thought this year would be different as in much improved on offense and maybe a little quicker or at least less mistake-prone on defense but we look like we did the last 5 years...I know it's the first game but I don't see us being a 11-1 or 10-2 team. I was hopeful before today but nothing I am seeing is leaving me very optimistic. Missed tackles, big plays by opposing team, our offense seems to break a play here and there but then is inconsistent. I don't know...

WTF have we been working on all offseason?!

Fact is, we saw the best and worst of the Big Red today. We saw what we can be, and what we are. There's reason for optimism and pessimism. It's what keeps us coming back.

You people make me laugh. Most people weren't even expecting this to be a game and then when Nebraska hangs with a team that was 5 yards from going to the NC its still not good enough...

No it's not good enough. When our offense line can't stop moving early...when our defense gives up huge play after huge play....when we literally play ourselves out of a game time and again it gets old.

 

What was your score prediction for the game? Were you one of the people who thought we'd get blown out?

Yes I was. And the final score could still reflect that. Am I happy with our ability to compete? Yes. We've played hard. Am I also tired of seeing the same huge mistakes game after game? You should be.

It has more to do with expecting a blow out, then being surprised we are not only competing but really should be ahead and win this game but then see the whole ship sinking with bad plays and poor execution so it's easy to be disappointed. A blow-out would almost be easier to take but when we could have won this game and actually outplayed them, being a bit upset makes sense to me.

Feels like we have outplayed them and should be up by 14 but a few big plays, some bad calls and poor play by defensive backs and special teams have doomed us...

We are falling apart and fast:(
