This week, Chief Tom Casady grabbed a man who tried to snatch his wife's purse in front of the White House. Casady, along with his wife, were in D.C for a conference. Click here to find out more! The chief said he thought there was plenty of law enforcement near the White House so he grabbed the guy's arms and started yelling.
