slacker Posted January 3, 2007 Share Posted January 3, 2007 Irregular News for 01.03.07 Orlando, FL -- Police in Orlando, Fla., are searching for a woman accused of setting fire to a display of stuffed toys inside a Walgreen's store after a dispute with a clerk over change due back from a purchase. Officers said the woman entered the store Monday at 10:30 p.m. and made a purchase at the Walgreen's located on John Young Parkway near Interstate 4. Employees said as the woman was checking out of the Walgreen's, she contested the amount of change she was given. She started an argument with an employee before discovering she was given the correct amount of change, police told Local 6 News. "By then, it was way too late," Local 6's Tiffany Tift said. "Employees said the disgruntled customer was so upset that she walked over to the display of toys and set them on fire." The flames were quickly contained and the there was only minor damage done to the store. No description of the woman was offered. source Quote Link to comment
