Benard
making strides it sounds like. GANZ MAKING STRIDES: There's another quarterback named Joe who has made recent improvement. True freshman Joe Ganz was named the scout team offensive player of the week, Callahan said. "He's a young quarterback that continues to develop, he continues to improve on a weekly basis," Callahan said. "There are bright signs for his future, positive signs in every respect when you watch him practice and prepare our defense." The weekly offensive award for the Baylor game went to the entire offensive unit. Other awards went to Stewart Bradley (defense), Brandon Jackson (special teams) and Andy Kadavy (scout team defense). ganz Quote Link to comment
gamecocks
Its good to see Jackson get a little recognizition. He had over 200 all purpose yards on Saturday. I hope that he can keep it up. Quote Link to comment

gamecocks
He got majority of his yards on special teams. Defense didn't have a whole lot to do with it. Quote Link to comment

gamecocks
They probally are pretty good but even if he would get just 150 yards, that would be pretty good. Quote Link to comment
