Who knows though, he might be good for a quick turnaround, though I'm wary of coordinators as head coaches. They're pretty hit or miss. I have no problem at all with one of the most respected NFL DCs who has Husker roots coming back to get the program back on its feet. I doubt we'll go that way, but I don't think it would hurt a thing. Quote Link to comment

So who knows what's accurate anymore. I think I'd take Lane's word over Barret's on this one. Of course a 'probably' that Lane expressed doesn't mean definately so... Quote Link to comment
