Connection Lost

How come whenever i play online it always says connection lost, is there something wrong with my connection? I have a wireless connection

if your isp is charter and you have that motorola surfboard modem or whatever it is called what I would do is make sure the console is hooked directly up to the modem, then unplug the modem, wait for a few seconds then plug it back in, then try it. Sometimes a game console will reset certain types of modems. I use to have teh same problem, but since I have started doing that, it hasn't happened again.
