At the end of the season I think we will all sit back and say that even though we got our a$$es handed to us by mizzou it may have been one of the best things that happened to the program under pelini so far. I think that the whooping we received was the best teaching tool the coaching staff has now. It makes me feel after watching the TTech game that the coaching staff has the ability to say "look you can do it the old way, your way, and get killed 52-17, or you guys can do it the new way, our way and go down to the wire with the best teams in the nation". I just think that there is nothing better to learn from than a good ole ass kickin. Obviously I woulda loved to win the mizzou game but, just think about it. The coaches have something to reference now and maybe the team really woke up. Quote Link to comment
