indianahusker
OK, you x's and o's gurus...enquiring minds wanna know...what exactly is the WCO? I have heard many say NU is running a version of it...so what is a pure version of it? Also, some have said Solich's offense wasn't a pure option attack. What is the difference between his and Oz's? Help out a guy who played 8-man football! Quote Link to comment
Steve
Callahan had games at Oakland where he threw the ball 60 times a game and other games where he ran the ball 60 times a game. So it's very flexible. I don't know how many of our players are Callahan's (too lazy to figure it out) but we should be at the point where we can start moving the ball fairly easily. Quote Link to comment
indianahusker
Here this should help ya out. And also the WCO is balanced to suit your teams needs. You can run you can pass out of it. You just need th eplayers to run it. Because like in all football if you can't run, you can't pass. If you can't pass, you can't run. Also Solich's option wasn't a pure option attack. It was eric crouch option right, option left. Lord, QB draw. That's about it. http://www.westcoastoffense.com/ << WCO http://incolor.inetnebr.com/mays/ << Option Wow! Thanks dude!!!! Talk about info! I could spend all day on these websites. Pillen, you da man! Quote Link to comment
indianahusker
Man, there is a lot of stuff to learn...no wonder JD couldn't get it! I would think it would take intense study and a while to learn this one. I think ZT being a passing QB, it should come much easier... Quote Link to comment
