OMAHA (KPTM) - Iowa football fans and local fans of other Big 10 teams can rejoice.

Cox Cable in Omaha says it has reached a deal with the Big 10 Network to provide that channel.

Cox Cable officials tell KPTM FOX 42 News that an agreement will be finalized Thursday, which means the channel should be available starting the same day, just in time for the first week of college football games.

Cox will launch the Big Ten Network on channel 233. In addition, Big Ten Network HD will be available on channel 750. The Iowa Hawkeyes will be the primary feed in the Omaha market.
