knapplc
I believe Nebraska's all-time opponent scoring record is against Missouri, in which we allowed three points in a match against them at the Coliseum in the early 90s. This was, of course, prior to the advent of rally scoring, but it's an amazing stat nonetheless. Quote Link to comment
Husker Runner
Did not know that! Three points in the whole match? Wow. One of my youth teams once won a set 25-2--we weren't that much better but at this level mistakes can snowball pretty quickly. I kind of felt bad for the other girls because it was the last set of the season. Of course, I've lost a few bad ones, too... :-) Quote Link to comment

Husker Runner
Nebraska wins 3-1. :-) Paola Ampudia had a pretty awesome match for Missouri and had her second straight double-double with 23 kills and 13 digs. Hannah Werth had 17 kills and 15 digs, Lindsey Licht had 13, and Tara Mueller had 10. Syndey Anderson tied her career high with 57 assists. Kayla Banwarth turned in a fine defensive performance. In other Big 12 volleyball action, Texas beat Texas Tech tonight 3-0 for their fifth straight sweep. They've only lost one set (to the Huskers) in nine Big 12 matches so far this season.
