Forum groupings and order

From what I've seen, most Husker fans want to talk about events roughly in this order:

 

1. Nebraska football

2. College football

3. Big 12 football

4. Nebraska recruiting

5. Everything else

 

However, the college football and Big 12 forums are so far down and buried that most people never bother visiting them. And since most of the casual visitors don't ever find them, the board regulars tend to not bother posting there... they find a way to incorporate Nebraska into the post so they can just post it in the Husker football forum.

 

I personally don't think there is enough to have separate forums for NCAA football and Big 12 football. I would merge the Big 12 forum into the main college football forum, and move them up much higher so they are displayed more prominently and start to become busy again. Because I know most fans love talking about college football.

 

A better grouping and order would look like this, IMO:

 

FOOTBALL

Husker Football

College Football (including Big 12 topics)

Recruiting

 

Other Sports

Husker Sports (basketball, baseball, volleyball, etc.)

Pro sports (with subforums for NFL, NBA, etc.)

College sports

 

etc.
