Former Huskers

Recommended Posts

I have not seen this anywhere on the board yet. But did you guys see the amazing former Huskers on the Nighthawks roster? Daniel Bullocks, Tierre Green, Jay Moore, Dan Titchener and Ken Wilson. And of course we all know Ahman Green.I just thought it was cool. Feel free to move this if youd like or delete if already posted

Nice!

Jay Moore just signed with the Cowboys but one would assume that if he doesn't make the cut in August/September he'll probably head back to UFL..?

I'm kinda surprised Dan Bullocks is still looking for an NFL team.

So lets see: Green, T.Green, Kenny Wilson, Lucky and Pork Chop. Five Huskers RBs in the UFL (for now)?

BTW Bo Ruud was just recently released by the Florida Tuskers. Interesting that he signed down there but maybe he wanted to be close to his brother? The report said that he was "retiring" so I don't think we'll see him with the Nighthawks.

I love the dallas cowboys they are my favorite pro team they kinda are like nebraska in a way that they both have 5 titles and they both won 3 in the 90's. I hope moore does well.. I really wish steve octavien could start at lb but at least he does well on special teams steve is a beast 6"2 254 lbs he runs a 4.5 and he benched 500 lbs when he was at nebraska so I can only imagine how strong he is now.

I just read that Jay didn't sign with the Cowboys:

"Moore agreed to sign with Dallas on July 23, 2010. However, the next day, he decided that he didn't want to play football and backed out of the deal. He was never officially signed." This is from his Wikipedia page, so take it for what it's worth.
