Well this isnt exactly a "recruit", but there is a rumor floating around that we may have caught the interest of a UCLA QB that is considering transferring to Nebraska. Im not endorsing this, just spreading the cheer!!

Needless to say this would be a huge draw. Hopefully open the floodgates for West Coast style talent also.

Well there is another possible transfer on the 'dar.

Brett Weyman from Louisianna Tech.

Unlike Martin, QB Brett Weyman, who left Louisiana Tech after the first quarter saying he wanted a bigger opportunity, has three years of eligibility left with four years to play three. The muscular Weyman's freshman red-shirt film is out to some of the top schools who need a mature QB in their stable. Nebraska, Texas A&M, Mississippi State, Penn State, and Arkansas have or in the process of evaluating him and could be in the hunt for Weyman (6-3, 233, 4.61) who got 300 around reps a week this past fall at La Tech's passing factory.
