cubhusker23
Since Pederass came here why hasn't he tried to improve the basketball program? Collier has had his opportunities and proven he's not the guy for the job. Bob Huggins is available from Cincinatti, surely Pederson can pull a Pederass and find a reason to fire Collier. I'm sorry to say but there has been little if any improvement in recruiting and coaching. I know basketball isn't a big money-maker for NU but I love the game and want to see them succeed, which isn't going to happen while Barry Collier "career goodbye" is here. Any thoughts? StuckinChicago
Actually there has been a tremendous improvement in recruiting. We now pull in guys from Florida, New York, and other talent rich areas, instead of Iowa. Quote Link to comment

Recruiting classes on paper mean little, prove it on the field, or court. Quote Link to comment

Yeah, we can pull these guys in but just because these guys are from talent rich areas doesn't mean they'll be good. Looks like we'll still be in the bottom six in the Big 12. Quote Link to comment
