The Sooners fell in straight sets to #10 Iowa State in their last match on Saturday, ending a six match win streak. Senior Sarah Freudenrich’s .404 hitting percentage is second-best in the Big 12 and 21st best in the nation. (Brooke Delano is tops in the conference at .415 to put her at 10th in the nation.) The Huskers last visit to Norman a year ago was marred by excessive heckling (including some Sooner women's basketball players), which led to changes in the student section seating. huskersrule95
Why do we seem to lose the first set so much? Who knows. We have really struggled in the first set this year for some reason. We really need to get that fixed before we get further in the season because we cant do that against the top teams and win. Quote Link to comment
