GSG
I can't get the notifications for the PMs I've receieved to go away. I've read the messages and even deleted some of them, but the notifications are still there above the status updates. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Quote Link to comment
AR Husker Fan
Huh - not seeing anything in your profile or account to cause that, or any way to clear it. This is going to be a long shot, but try clearing your browser cache, and perhaps even your browsing history (saving all the porn links, first, of course) and let me know if that works. HuskerfaninOkieland
I'm having the same issue. I cleared everything off my computer and and it's still showing up. Quote Link to comment
GSG
I've deleted all the stuff from my home and work computers and they're still there. Good thing you can minimize the alert window Quote Link to comment
AR Husker Fan
Okay, let's try this. When you open a converstation, at the far left are the participants - you and whomever has been corresponding with you for that particular subject. Just below that list is a box that has a bell at the far left, and will say "Turn notifications off". As far as I can tell, if you click that it should turn off notifications for just that converstation. You might try that, then clear your cache. Do it for each converstation (or in your Profile, turn off notifications for all PMs) and see if the notices disappear. If so, then try re-enabling them and see if the notifications reappear for viewed conversations. Quote Link to comment
GSG
If you go under your profile settings, the bottom option on the left is "Your Notifications" There you can mark them as read and delete them if you wish, otherwise it looks like they are saved until you mark them read or delete them. Thanks for the help! Quote Link to comment
