Roxy15 Posted November 19, 2010 Share Posted November 19, 2010 Red Potatoes With Bacon: Red Potatoes, Unpeeled & Cubed-(Fill 4-Qt. Pot, Boiled To Fork Tender) 1 lb. Bacon, Cut Into Small Bits & Cooked Medium Carton Sour Cream 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 Sticks Butter Salt & Pepper To Taste Combine potatoes, bacon bits, butter, sour cream and 1 cup cheese, and fold together. Don't forget to salt and pepper to taste. Place into casserole dish and cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and cheese is melted and maybe a little crispy.
