DJR313
I was browsing through espn.com and looking over some box scores and some stuff jumped out at me. http://sports-att.espn.go.com/ncf/boxscore...641&confId=null Ok, I realize this is Sam Houston St., but Tech put up 80 points and nearly 800 yards. That is friggin retarded. 14 receivers got at least 1 catch. Their #1 qb had 5 TD's and over 400 yards, their back up had over 200, 14-17 with 1 TD. GAWDY NUMBERS. October 8th will be a true test to see how far Nebraska's defense has come. http://sports-att.espn.go.com/ncf/boxscore...030&confId=null Arkansas isn't exactly awesome this year so far, but WOW. USC had their way with them from start to finish. They look good once again. http://sports-att.espn.go.com/ncf/boxscore...026&confId=null Oklahoma couldn't stop em. Either UCLA's O is for real or Oklahoma's secondary is still scarred from Super Bo. Does anyone else remember last season when UCLA was struggling with the transition to the WCO? Apparently they don't either. Drew Olson is lighting up the competition. 72% completion percentage, 6 TD's, no INT's. If he keeps that up and UCLA keeps winning, he may get strong Heisman consideration. Also... http://www.statfox.com/cfb/defstats~sortby...id~~sit~all.htm Nebraska #10 in total yards allowed, #1 in scoring defense. Yeah, I know it's early... Quote Link to comment

Yeah, I know it's early... Tech gave up 21 to Sam Houston. We've given up 24 in three games. That's good enough for me. Quote Link to comment
