Breakfast Casserole

Breakfast Casserole:

 

1-1/2 lbs. Ground Pork Sausage

3-4 Bread Slices, Cubed

1-1/2 Cups-(8-oz.s) Shredded Cheddar Cheese

9 Large Eggs

3 Cups Milk

1-1/2 Tsp.s Dry Mustard

1 Tsp. Salt

1/8 Tsp. Pepper

 

Cook sausage in skillet, stirring unti it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain well.

 

Arrange bread cubes in bottom of a lightly greaqsed 13x9-in. baking dish.

 

Top with sausage and cheese.

 

Whisk together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt & pepper; pour evenly over cheese.

 

Cover and chill 8 hours.

 

Let sit ar room temperature for 30 minutes.

 

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
