Roxy15 Posted February 12, 2011 Share Posted February 12, 2011 Spaghetti Bake: 1 lb. Ground Beef 1-(8-oz.) Can Tomato Sauce 1-(14.5-oz.) Can Tomatoes, Ready-Cut, Diced 1 Cup Chopped Onions 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper 1 T. Garlic, Minced 1 T. Brown Sugar 2-1/2 T. Worcestershire Sauce 1-(10-3/4-oz.) Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup 1-(6-oz.) Pkg. Spaghetti, cooked Salt & Pepper To Taste Shredded Cheddar Cheese To Taste Break spaghetti into thirds and cook according to package directions. In a large skillet, brown Ground Beef, Onions, Garlic and Green Bell Pepper; drain off any fat. Add Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, Salt & Pepper To taste. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add Cream of Mushroom Soup, stir well. Add cooked Pasta and mix all together. Pour mixture into a 13x9-in. pan. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 45 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle Shredded Cheddar Cheese to taste over casserole, place back in oven until cheese has melted. Let stand for 5 to 8 minutes to set. ***Experiment..add Sliced Pepperoni, Sliced Fresh Mushrooms, 1/2 Sausage and 1/2 Hamburger, Add Crushed Red Peppers and Parmesan Cheese on top...use your imagination.
