It'sNotAFakeID
When they don't get what they want thats when they make something up to get a reasonable suspicion or probable cause. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZ3j7s84znw "Stepping on to an airplane is not a crime." Sure, but when someone blows up a plane and kills 175 innocent people, you can bet that Fox News will be the first ones to criticize the President because of the lack of security. Yeah, you get the feeling that the cops think you're going to commit a crime, but people don't realize that it would be worse without them being searched. Cops don't need a warrant once an occupant has given them consent to enter the property. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qx9Mt4krDtc Sounds like the cop could've been a racist? Yes, he had the right to go into the house because he was given permission. No he did not have the right to pull a gun and shoot the man and the dog. Link to comment
