Its his natural position and I don't think he quite has the speed of McKeon. Still have McKeon running things and calling plays but let Dillard play his comfortable spot and the spot he should be playing in the future. Quote Link to comment

Plus, I think Ickes has earned the nod to start this season. Watching him play this past weekend, if he wasn't in on plays, he was eating up blocks to allow others to play. Honestly, watching him eat up blocks and taking lineman out of plays was more impressive than him actually being in on plays. I really do not think we will see that much of a dropoff.
