He has to have the leadership to rally his guys sufficiently to face a 3-5 team at home, with or without help from the fans. He does that, the defense doesn't get flat run over and the fans are more of factor. Head coach pushes buttons, he has to be all over it. There's no way around it, Bo has to get better.
