Someone works for Cost Cutters and receives a paycheck every two weeks FROM Cost Cutters. This doesn't mean that Cost Cutters is bearing the cost of giving haircuts to the public. The public pays Cost Cutters and Cost Cutters pays the person who cuts the hair. Hopefully this makes sense.

 

Now, if you don't mind . . . show me where these representatives or senators are getting free shoe shines. You said it's happening. Now prove your assertions or admit that they are hyperbole bereft of facts.

No I meant now and all the perks, I threw the shoe shine in to show how trivial all the perk are and how they add up. We pay for a shoe shine boy, a barber, a gym. I mean do you really want these guys to have all this stuff. It's like they are going to a pagaent and need to get ready every day instead of working for us to reduce the deficit.
