Nexus
It’s tough to say that an out of state school has a pull to a city in another state, but Nebraska might come close with the people of Plano, Texas. The reason? Rex Burkhead. There is now a player from the same town, different school, that when he got his Nebraska offer thought immediately of Burkhead at Nebraska but he liked Nebraska even before Rex got there. chamrocck
Mitchell shined at the Dallas Nike Football Training Camp. Mitchell may have had the most complete Sunday afternoon of the three. In addition to receiving an Opening invitation, he also was named the camp's MVP for linebackers. At 6-foot-3 and 215 pounds, Mitchell dazzled the NFTC staff with his strength, quickness and overall endurance. Husker CB recruit Maurice Smith also was one of the best prospects at the camp. http://espn.go.com/high-school/football/events/nike-football-training-camps/2012/story/_/id/7734824/jake-oliver-maurice-smith-mike-mitchell-stars-dallas-nike-football-training-camp Quote Link to comment
